    Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions of carriage
    When purchasing or booking a ticket all passengers agree to the following terms and conditions:

    General:
    The Fast Boat reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger or goods without assigning reason.
    This contract is subject to the laws of Indonesia, and may only be varied by agreement in writing between the company and the passenger.
    Verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not be recognized by the company.
    Sea conditions can be unpredictable; therefore all children and infants must be accompanied on board the vessel. The Fast Boat will not accept responsibility should there be injury on board the boat.
    Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage, not exceeding a total weight of 25kgs. Above 25kgs will be add charge Rp50,000/kg.
    The Fast Boat  reserves the right to inspect the contents of any luggage and can refuse the carriage of any items that are likely to endanger the vessel or other travelers.
    The Fast Boat is not recommended for passengers who are; pregnant, suffering from heart conditions and suffering from serious back complaints or serious physical impairments.
    The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during the journey.
    Re-scheduling is based on seat availability and must be made 2 days prior to guest departure.
    Pets are not allowed onboard the ship.

    Cancellations & Delays:
    The Fast Boat reserves the right to cancel a booking and change the schedule without any liability to the passenger due to major problem with the vessel, bad weather, technical issue, safety concerns related to passenger and/or crew or by direction from the Indonesian Government and/or Harbor Master.
    The Fast Boat shall not be liable for damages or losses that may arise in the event of cancellation or delay of the service.The Fast Boat shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation, connecting flights or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays. Additional expense so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.*To avoid disappointment concerning a connecting flight at any airport, The Fast Boat suggest providing yourself at least 24 hours before your onward travel.
    Cancellation Policy
    10% Cancellation fee will be applied for every booking.
    50% cancellation fee will be applied for cancellation 2 days before the departure date.
    No show or cancellation on the D-day will be charged 100% from the total ticket value.
    * Any bank charges incurred for a reversal will be at the expense of the passenger.

     

    Road transportation in Bali:
    Road transportation is provided (private car) from and to one specific address in designated areas of Bali with additional cost. The address must be specified at the time of booking and can only be changed at least 24 hours before departure.

    Via TICBALI secure online payment. Please be aware our secure payment system requires you to receive a one time payment code (One Time Password or OTP), this will be sent to you via sms or email from your financial institution. 

    ONLY AFTER WE RECEIVE PAYMENT, YOUR BOOKING WILL BE SECURED AND CONFIRMED.

    If your card has been charged, but the the Payment Status in this receipt page says Pending, try to refresh your browser.


    Pay with Eftpos Machine

    Payment can be made by card at your hotel in Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta Legian Seminyak & Petitenget area or at TICBALI office in Legian between 9am - 3pm. Our team can bring the eftpos machine to your hotel. All payments should be paid a minimum of 2 days before your service date.

    ONLY AFTER WE RECEIVE PAYMENT, YOUR BOOKING WILL BE SECURED AND CONFIRMED. Please message us via whatsap or email and inform us what time you want to meet our team at your lobby hotel. 

    Note : Please do not forget to inform us your room number.


    Pay Cash

    Payment can be made by cash at your hotel in Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta Legian Seminyak & Petitenget area or at TICBALI office in Legian between 9am - 3pm. Our team can collect the payment at your hotel Reception or our team can meet you personally for the payment.  All payments should be paid a minimum of 2 days before your service date.

    ONLY AFTER WE RECEIVE PAYMENT, YOUR BOOKING WILL BE SECURED AND CONFIRMED. Please send us picture proof of payment that already leave at reception via our whatsap or email. Or message us via whatsap or email and inform us what time you want to meet our team in person at your lobby hotel.
